Despite repeated opportunities for the French people to change course through elections, they persist…

A nation in decline.

For the most part, they support:

– the woke agenda,

– same-sex marriage and adoption by LGBTQI individuals,

– uncontrolled illegal immigration.

Unfortunately, the Greek people are following the same path.

As newspull.gr columnist FRYKTOROS pointed out some time ago (read here), the conflict we are witnessing today is ideological. Two completely different worldviews are clashing. This is the ultimate confrontation between globalization and woke culture in Europe as we have known it, versus the forces defending traditional values that have existed for thousands of years (Russia, the U.S. under Trump).

About our main story:

It began with NATO Secretary General Mark Rutte stating that Europe cannot defend itself without the United States, calling any expectation otherwise a “dream.” France immediately pushed back, rejecting this dependence and insisting that Europeans can and must take responsibility for their own security.

France appears to be raising the banner of European autonomy.

The phrase “Non, cher Mark Rutte” is not only directed at NATO’s head—it is a message to all of Europe, especially to those who fully support the woke agenda, which France has embraced almost completely (except for a small patriotic minority).

Paris is clear: Europe cannot remain indefinitely dependent on the United States for its own defense.

As the only nuclear power in the EU, France is claiming leadership in building a European defense pillar—within NATO but not under its control. The message is simple:

Europe must learn to stand on its own.

This French stance reflects a deeper reality: the United States is shifting priorities, its credibility as Europe’s security guarantor is being questioned, and Paris believes dependence is no longer strategically viable—especially since the disagreement is now ideologically charged.

Trump strongly opposes globalization, woke culture, and uncontrolled immigration. The French leadership and people are moving in the exact opposite direction. Macron is currently receiving praise for his actions, even seeing his popularity rise (see here – ERT source).

This nation has declined so severely—morally, socially, and spiritually—that even during the opening of the last Paris Olympic Games, it shamelessly mocked the Last Supper and insulted Christians (see here).

The clash between France—and woke Europe more broadly—and Trump’s United States is, as we have repeatedly warned, ideological at its core.

Buckle up. Developments will be both shocking and unpredictable.
